Bij KSV Roeselare maakte Devos als enige A-kern speler zijn opwachting. Het balbezit in de eerste helft was voor Roeselare en dat leverde ook enkele kleine doelkansen op. Voor de rust scoorde Devos de verdiende 1-0 al was het wel met een beetje geluk via een afgeweken schot. In de tweede helft ging het tempo uit de wedstrijd en door de achterstand moest de uitploeg wel meer druk uitoefenen, maar tot scoren kwamen ze niet. Uiteindelijk waren de beste kansen nog voor de thuisploeg en met zijn tiende van het seizoen maakte Verstraete er 2-0 van.

Met een verdiende 2-0 op zak trekken de beloften nu richting twee moeilijke uitwedstrijden tegen KV Mechelen en OH Leuven.
